Launched in March 2023 Coming Up Roses, an Objective Media Group company, develops and produces high quality factual series and documentaries, with drive, energy and passion.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Oliver launched Coming Up Roses in March 2023. Prior to Roses, he was Head of Factual & Features at Viacom International Studios, Head of Popular Factual at Arrow Media and Executive producer at Endemol Shine.  He has over 20 years of experience producing award winning factual, factual entertainment series and documentaries for multiple broadcasters.  Pre Roses credits include Secrets of the Royal Palaces, Inheritance Wars, Broadmoor : High Security and Serial Killers, Katie Piper’s Bodyshockers, Supersize Vs Superskinny, The Millionaire Party Planner, the launch series of Embarrassing Bodies, The Wonderful World of Chocolate and  Nick Knowles’ Big Adventures.

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Alongside Oliver Wright, Harriet spearheads development at Coming Up Roses and executive produces programmes.Previously, Harriet worked in senior roles in development and production.  She was Head of Development at BBC Studios Factual Salford and Executive Producer at Viacom International Studios UK.  Her credit include:  IKEA: How Do They Really Do IT?,  New York: The City That Never Sleeps, The House That 100K Built: Tricks of the Trade and A Town & Country Murder

Harriet also holds an Executive MBA for the Creative Industries from Hult Ashridge.

PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Andrew joined Coming Up Roses at it’s launch in March 2023 and works as the Production Executive across all of their output.

Before making the move to Coming Up Roses he was a Production Executive at Viacom International Studios, working across their factual output including shows such as Nick Knowles' Railway Adventures, Secrets of the Royal Palaces, ABBA: The Missing 40 Years, Hollywood Icons and The Greatest Music Videos of the 80s and 90s.

Prior to his time at Viacom Andrew worked on productions for all the UK terrestrial broadcasters, including time on Panorama, The One Show, DNA Family Secrets with Stacey Dooley, The British Comedy Awards, Masterchef and many others.

SERIES EDITOR

Nicky is the senior creative currently Series Editing a five part factual series uncovering hidden gems of the county in Sussex Jewel of the South. Pre Roses, she worked as Exec Producer at Ricochet and Spun Gold, creating high volume formats and show running brands such as Celebrity 5 Go, Love Your Garden, Great Canal Journeys.  She was a Commissioner at ITV Factual, Head of Development at BBC Birmingham, a Producer/Director on BAFTA award winning Coast, RTS winner for her documentary on the History of Walled Gardens and nominated for an Emmy for Home on their Own

SERIES EDITOR

Matthew joined Coming Up Roses in May 2023, and has since run several successful major series.  Matthew has previously worked across many successful projects for UK and international broadcasters across multiple genres, from large-scale talent-led series including ‘Richard Hammond’s Big!’ (Discovery+), to supernatural documentary series such as ‘Roswell: The Final Verdict’ (Discovery+), as well as comedy entertainment and natural history

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Ammy joined Coming up Roses in May 2023 as Production Manager and in the past year has overseen the Ob Doc series ‘I Escaped a Murderer’, ‘Malta: Jewel of the Med’ and ‘Kensington & Chelsea: The Royal Borough’ Pre-Roses, her experience is diverse across both Broadcast & Branded Content. Other credits include ‘The Ripper Speaks’ and ‘Accused of Murdering Our Son - The Steven Clark Story’

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Andy joined Coming Up Roses as Production Manager in March 2023. Before making the move to Coming Up Rose, Andy worked at Viacom International Studios, Betty, Firecracker Films and RDF.  With 15 years of experience in the industry, Andy has worked across and managed a broad range of successful formats including, Nick Knowles Amazing Railway Adventures, Holidaying With Jane McDonald, Secrets of the Universe with Tim Peake, The Great Escape and Serial Killer Wives.
